I mentioned about the MAC mailer I recieved yesterday. I believe most girls will be eager to lay their hands on their exclusive gift packs for Christmas. This year’s MAC theme revolves around the gold and silver crown motif and speaks of royal indulgences and cherished nostalgia.
In beautifully crafted silver or gold compact cases, these royal assets, as MAC calls it is available in seasonal compacts palettes for lips and eyes. The compacts are “adorned with an inlaid ceramic crown-embossed plaque of antique brushed ivory”. Isn’t this just pure indulgence? The royal asset compact for eyes come in six shades of eye shadow with a brush and costs S$72.00 whilst the royal asset compact for lips comes in three shades of one tone and includes a brush too. It costs S$50.00 and you can choose between red. tan, pink or coral and choose from cool, warm, smoky or metallic for the royal asset eye compact.
Equally value for money and up for grabs are their ornate Curiositease colour sets in cream paper keepsake box and Antiquitease collection in a woven cream petite purse.
These beautifully refined colour sets contains demi sizes of one or two colour products in a range of shades from lipglass, lusterglass, plushglass, pigments and softsparkle eye pencils. There are 6 different sets to choose from and each embellished keepsake box with their adornments costs S$58.00
The Antiquitease collection does not only makes one feel and look fabulous with the petite purse, but gives one a feeling of refinery and romance with three lip colours of various finishes and comes complete with a lipglass. Each fine petite purse set costs S$65.00
And that’s not just all, there are more gift sets and precious array of collectibles available at all MAC counters. Do note that MAC Antiquitease are available from November onwards whereas the Curiositease arrives in December.

Don’t say our vanity missionaries didn’t pass the message on..
From now on, when you purchase S$400.00 worth of Marc by Marc Jacobs products in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Marc by Marc Jacobs t-shirt that comes only in size 0/2. And of course, add S$100.00 to that amount and you be entitled to a Club 21 membership.
Now who says we can’t shop and have fun too?

Ok this may sound so totally irrelevant but I woke up to the news that Mclaren loses its appeal.
I guess its abt time that these ppl concentrated more on their cars then trying to claim the title for a rookie, and may I add in the part on their reputation going down the drain.
It does not help given that we have britney buying merc after merc and crashing them (not sure how soon the new car will suffer) or ll selling away her crashed merc on ebay.
Looks like Maclaren better pick up their pieces soon and focus on the upcoming season.
I be still wearing my fav red though.

Today’s quick fix is for those who love to plan parties.
Running out of ideas is common and we usually end up with the same boring theme over again.
Our quick fix today changes the way you serve dessert for your friends. From ice cream to sorbets, a lil fresh idea like this will transform conformity to creativity.
1st take out all the martini glasses in the house. Put the glasses on ice cubes or cold water to keep them cool.
When ready to serve your ice cream or sorbets, remove the martini glasses from the cubes and scoop your ice Cream into them. Top off with some mint leaves or Cherries to your preferance and voila!
Now who says martini glasses can only contain martinis?

We all just know how eyes are so important to us. They are the windows to our souls and basically the very 1st thing you use to attract when that special someone is looking in your direction.
So that ups the level of caring for our eyes. Do we really have to spend that exorbitant amount of money just to make sure our eyes are all dewy and looking fresh all the time?
In the vain book by moi vain fashionista, thy has a page that says beautiful living starts simple.
All you need now is a simple eye cream for daily use and follow the steps below:
1. Dab a little amount (size about that lesser than a grain of rice) to the under lids of the eyes.
2. Slowly, use a light sweeping motion to ensure that the cream covers the under lids.
3. Using your index, middle, and ring finger, do a light dabbing motion on the under lids (akin to playing piano)
4. Do the dabbing for the under lids at least 300 times daily. In no time, your eyes will look uplifted and fresh.
Hope this little tips helps all computer staring beauties to revive their attractive looking eyes!
Lovely eyes.. Check!
